  • CTC offers complete turnkey traffic control services. These services include single lane closures, multiple lane closures, two-way flagging operations, freeway lane closures, ramp closures, construction notice sign installation, and concrete & water-filled k-rail installation. Roadway monitor’s each closure to keep devices in proper position, assist with ingress/egress from the work area, and flag pedestrians and vehicles to ensure a safe completion to the project. Set and leave closures are also available if desired
  • Traffic control planning requires forethought. A Traffic Control Plan plays an important role in providing safe and efficient traffic flow. Interruptions in normal flow are necessary for temporary traffic control operations. The temporary traffic control zone includes the entire section of roadway between the first advance warning sign through the last traffic control device. Most temporary traffic control zones can be divided into four areas: advance warning area, the transition area, the activity area, and the termination area.
  • The permit process is a time-intensive, frustrating, and detail oriented process that most companies don’t have the time or manpower to complete. CTC Service’s personnel not only know the process, but also have built and maintained relationships with these agency personnel for many years. Traffic Control Supervisor



$55K - $65K

We are hiring for an experienced Traffic Control Supervisor out of our Colorado Springs. This position required an active TCS Certification through CCA or ATSSA. The position will include the following duties:
MUST HAVE a current CCA or ATSSA certified with past TCS experience.
Valid Colorado driver's license and CCA or ATSSA Certification
The ability to engineer and design traffic control plans
Setting up and taking down per MHT's, MUTCD, and CDOT's M & S Standards.
Physically capable of performing required work.

Laborer


$16hr - $20hr

New hires will begin as a flagger, with the opportunity for promotion to TCS. Applicants need to have flaggers card or TCS certificate, have good driving record and reliable transportation. Applicants should be physically capable of setting up a work zone quickly; project a good public image for the Company, and motivated to hustle in a fast-paced operation. Good verbal communications skills are needed as well. This position involves various manual tasks including, but not limited to, the following: shoveling; sweeping; lifting, pushing and pulling various objects. Willingness to learn to operate various equipment, such as a skid steer, backhoe, paver's, rollers, etc.
